1.2 We offer you the possibility to learn through our online platform. We put at your service the total or partial functionality of this SERVICE. Except for short periods of maintenance or major force, the SERVICE includes unlimited access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can have access to all the different courses that we offer and you have registered properly. Each course has a tutor available only via email, chat/chat, voice calls and/or video calls, you can also contact the tutor through the interoperability offered by this SERVICE. You also have all the online support material offered by each course.

1.3 We offer online courses only through the Internet. We do not offer face-to-face classes of any kind. You can study in the comfort of your home or office from anywhere in the world where there is an Internet connection. You can study the days and hours you have free; and you can move at the speed you decide. The minimum time to complete a course is 8 weeks. The maximum time to complete a course is 104 weeks (2 years). The minimum grade to pass a test or exam, and therefore a course, is 70% (7/10 or 70/100).

2. Permission to Use the Service.

By registering and choosing a course, you accept these TERMS without exception and understand that you have a limited right to the content of the courses; furthermore, the use of this SERVICE is personal and non-transferable and is not sublicensable to others.

You can access and use the SERVICE in a personal and non-transferable manner, and never commercially or in the name of third parties. You have no rights to copy or reproduce in whole or in part the content of this SERVICE, and you are not vested in any other right, title, or interest in the SERVICE.

In all circumstances, your rights with respect to the SERVICE will be limited by copyright, applicable intellectual property laws, and these TERMS.

3.2 You can access the content to which you have subscribed as many times as you want, as long as you have completed your registration and have made the corresponding payment for the use and access of the chosen course or courses and their relevant areas of this SERVICE. Under any circumstances, you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or transfer the Content to any other media or device, or to distribute or transfer the Content to any other person or third party.

3.3 To suspend a course, you must notify without exception, by sending an email to soporte@tsuniversity.org 15 days before the cut-off date established for your course. Otherwise, the corresponding monthly payment will be charged to the payment method provided for the relevant monthly payments.

3.4 If you want to suspend the service and keep the quota with the same personal tutor, the student must pay the monthly payment, otherwise once you want to resume the course, continuity with the same tutor is not guaranteed.

3.5 The student will have a new class every week and will be able to review the content of the previous classes as many times as they wish, except for the occasions in which the web platform is under maintenance or down. This can be done while it is valid with the corresponding payment for the contracted services.

4. Restrictions.

The use of this SERVICE is subject to the following restrictions:

4.1 By using the SERVICE, you understand that these TERMS may be updated and changed without notice. Changes could be made as many times as we deem necessary. Similarly, you agree that content that was previously available for your use may no longer be available at that time.

4.2 You must be at least 18 years of age to accept these TERMS. If you are under 18 years of age, your father, mother, or legal guardian must accept these TERMS by filling out your personal data in the “Representative Data” area that appears when you register your data for the first time in this service.

5. Charges and Billing.

5.1 All users must make the payment corresponding to the course/or courses they are taking on the cut-off date established at the time of registration and the 1st payment, or otherwise this SERVICE has the power to block user access to the content. until receiving the payment and the corresponding fines for the delay.

5.2 All users must make the full payment established by this SERVICE according to each country unless a promotion, scholarship or discount is explicitly offered.

5.4 Refund Policy: This SERVICE does not have a refund policy. Payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, refunds will only be made in those cases in which a course is no longer available due to the absence or death of the respective tutor. In which case, the continuation of the course with another tutor, or the termination and reimbursement of the proportional remainder of the course will be negotiated with the students.

5.5 We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or access to the SERVICE if you breach these TERMS. In such case, if your membership and subscription(s) to any course are terminated, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid.

5.6 As a user of this SERVICE, you agree that your credit card may be charged, or that payments and all applicable fees for the use of the service may be debited from your bank account, PayPal or other services. As a user, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and will be responsible for any charges from another person through your account. All charges will be billed to the payment instrument you designate when you first register or when you make any changes. Any bank commission or charge reflected by your financial or credit institution, will run from your account and will be under your responsibility.
